This module will help you:

• Track all events and bookings that occur in your organisation:
• Education Events
• Contract Reviews
• Supplier Agreements
• Performance Appraisals
• Lifestyle Events
• Resident Activities
• Social Events
• Record attendees at each event
• Link each event booking to existing improvement issue(s) as required
• Record all event feedback and evaluations about each event
• Reports on events, bookings and attendees
• Report on personnel who have not attended any events or are due to attend events

Examples:

• Acute Care: Attendance at annual compulsory events eg Fire Drill with attendees being recorded in groups so the managers may receive a report of who has attended, this will assist them to identify the non-complying staff.
• Community Care: Community based groups providing for example, Karitane services for new mums may be recorded as an event and the attendees recorded.  As well as providing evidence of the size of the group to support submissions for additional staff this will also enable a gap analysis to detect any new mums not attending and who may need a home visit.
• Aged Care: A record of resident activities and who attended will assist with providing evidence to Auditors of the participation rate and may be linked to a previous accreditation recommendation where the Participation rate of residents at scheduled activities was not previously available in a formal document..
